Quality Policy

Designing, developing and rendering services, that fully satisfy specifications and requirements agreed upon with customers, are the key issues to ensure MAREAS S.A. competitiveness.

To that end, MAREAS S.A. Management assumes responsibility for controlling all factors that may affect the quality of services in an efficient and systematic manner.

The current market competitiveness calls for a growing need to improve the quality level and services control, not only to achieve but also to maintain leadership within the market.

The following actions are established so as to achieve the abovementioned:

  • Annual determination of quality plans and objectives.
  • Organization establishment with responsibilities assignment to all activities related to quality.
  • Interpretation and satisfaction of customer quality expectations.
  • Encouragement of quality continuous improvement through a shared management.
  • Establishment of a quality management system that meets all ISO 9001:2008 Standards requirements.
  • Selection and evaluation of suppliers over the basis of their products and services quality.
  • Quality training and motivation of all staff involved in the company.
  • Verification of the system efficiency by means of quality audits.
  • Improvement and update of processes and technologies.
  • Development of new services according to customer needs.
